i see that life enhancing energy
passing through my fingers, feet
arms that embrace, and lips that speaks
courageous kindness to act,
continuously re-filling and re-fuelling my soul
through my eyes, ears, nostrils and the skin
that osmotic membrane
when my mind sets the sail
on the winds of the right perspective
while the heart let goes greed
to gather not more than the food
for a single day, that manna heaven drops
