antibiotics for three, five
or even seven days as prescribed
cold tablets and some extra vitamin c
for a longer period
like other vitamins to build
my body constituents
but early rising and exercising
for twenty one days
to build a purpose filled life
and cultivate healthy habits
once this is achieved
still i cannot go to rest
if my goal is to become
a Japanese Sumo Wrestler
instead i must practice
constant kaizen
to remain a wrestler
daily wrestling
the world of decay
deterioration and death
