Rabid Dog!

I saw an old rabid dog in loose
On hill, he went after a little mouse
When the mad dog could not get that rat
He doubly went nuts, digging the mount!

When smell of louse would not let him go
And rascal mouse too hid himself so
The rabid dog charged another rise
Barking more, justifying that enterprise!

It is not that tiny rat that poses
A giant threat, but that rampant madness
Sooner if the dog is not chained
None will there be for us to ascend!
